Wagyu beef is widely regarded as the world’s most luxurious steak, known for its exceptional marbling that creates a “melt-in-the-mouth” experience like no other. Originally from Japan, this high-quality beef is renowned for its incredible tenderness and rich flavour. The marbling in Wagyu melts into the muscle as it cooks, infusing the meat with moisture and giving it a smooth, buttery texture. While it started in Japan, Wagyu is now also produced in other countries, with Australian Wagyu being the largest outside of Japan, offering the same unbeatable luxury and flavour.
